8 Slice, regular Rye Bread
4 Slice (1 oz) Swiss Cheese
12 Slice (3-1/2" square; 8 per 6 oz package Turkey Breast Meat
2/3 Cup Sauerkraut
1/4 Cup Thousand Island Dressing
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Spray , about 1/3 second Pam Cooking Spray
Spread about 3/4 teaspoon mustard over each slice of bread.
Place cheese on four pieces of bread, and divide turkey evenly over cheese.
Top turkey and cheese with 2 1/2 tablespoon of sauerkraut, and 1 tablespoon of dressing.
Top each with other bread slices, mustard side down.
Spray panini machine with Pam, and grill each sandwich for 3 minutes on each side.
Spray machine again in between each sandwich.
