Ingredients

1 Medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2 dia.) Red Bell Pepper
1 Can Tuna
1 Medium Cucumber
1 Tbsp Mustard
1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinega

Directions

Mix the tuna with the sliced cucumber and one tbsp of mustard.

Slice bell pepper in half and clean out seeds.

Fill both halves with mixture.
