4 1/2 Cup hearts Artichokes
1/4 Cup sprigs Dill
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp Pepperr
2 Cloves, minced Garlic
2 Cup Spinach
2 Can Tuna
1 Cup, chopped Red Bell Pepper
Drain artichokes, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid.
Coarsely chop artichokes.
Combine artichokes, reserved marinade, dill, olive oil, lemon juice, pepper, and garlic in a large bowl.
Add spinach, tuna, and roasted peppers, tossing well.
Serve and enjoy!
