1 Cup Rice Noodles
2 Cup, chopped Cabbage
1 Cup chopped Carrots
1/2 Cup slices Cucumber
2 Tbsp Almonds
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp Sesame Seed Dressing
Cook Rice Noodles.
Cool and set aside.
Slice cabbage finely.
Shred Carrot and Cucumber into thin strips.
Slice almonds into slivers.
Toss all ingredients together & serve.
