1 Half breast (fillet) Chicken Breast
2 Cup Brussels Sprouts
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Oz Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup, sliced Almonds
1 Tbsp Chicken Broth
Halve brussel sprouts (quarter larger sprouts so that all are approximately the same size).
Place all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave for 5-7 minutes or until the brussels sprouts are tender and chicken is cooked through.
