2 Breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast
1 Large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, Green Bell Pepper
1 Large (2-1/4 per pound, approx 3-3/4" lo Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 Head medium (5-6" dia.) Cauliflower
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
2 Dash Pepper
2 Serving Table Blend Salt Free Seasoning Blend
1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
2 Tsp, leaves Oregano
3 Leaf, whole Basil
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Cup Lime Juice


Bring a pot of water to boil.

Add chicken and boil for 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.

Drain, set aside to cool slightly, and chop into bite sized pieces.

Add all ingredients except chicken and lime juice to a sauce pan.

Cover and cook on med-high until veggies are to your textural preference.

Mix in the chicken and lime juice.

Serve and enjoy!
