3/4 Tbsp Chia Seeds
2/3 Tbsp Dry Milk
2/3 Tbsp Oat Bran
0 Tsp Cinnamon
3 Tsp packed Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup (8 fl oz) Plain Yogurt
1/2 Cup Water


Assemble dry ingredients in bag.

Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients in a 1/2 pint jar, shake well, and refrigerate overnight.

Stir before serving.
