1 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
1/4 Cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks Pineapple
1 Tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
Combine all ingredients in a resealable container and mix very well.
Leave it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or up to overnight.
