3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 Cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes
1 Cup Tomato Sauce
1 Can Canned Black Beans
1 Tbsp Salt
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and then add chopped onion; cook until translucent.
Add chopped tomato and add tomato sauce.
Finally, add the can of beans and bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and let stew for about 20 minutes.
Season with salt and enjoy!
