1/2 Cup, diced Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Tbsp, chopped Basil
Slice tomatoes and mozzarella.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Chiffonade (thinly slice) basil and sprinkle on top.
Serve immediately.
