12 Large Egg
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Garlic
1 Medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2 dia.) Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
6 Strip Bacon
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
8 Item Tortilla


Crack eggs and whisk in a bowl.

Set aside.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add in red pepper and onions.

Saute for about 3 minutes or until slightly softened.

Add whisked eggs into the skillet with the peppers and onions and cook until the eggs reach your desired doneness.

Stir in the bacon pieces, salt and pepper, then remove from the heat.

Divide the egg, bacon, pepper and onion mixture evenly across all 8 tortillas.

Wrap each tortilla tightly into a burrito.

Serve immediately or wrap tightly and freeze for up to 3 months.
