Ingredients

1/2 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Oatmeal
3/4 Cup Nonfat Milk
1/4 Tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 Medium (3" dia) Apples

Directions

Bring the water, oats, and half the milk to boil

Continue to boil, while stirring, for 5 minutes; add grated apple and stir once more.

Add further milk to cool.

Serve and enjoy!
