14 Oz Ground Beef
2 Tbsp Garlic
1 Extra large Egg
2 Tbsp Spearmint
5 Tbsp, leaves Oregano
1 Tsp Salt
1 1/2 Tbsp, whole Cumin
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
3 Piece Sun-Dried Tomatoes
1 Cup hearts Artichokes
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand.
Shape meatballs with a scoop and roll them in your hands into 1 1/2 inch balls.
Place meatballs on a lightly greased baking rack that is resting on a baking sheet with sides to collect the drippings.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until cooked through.
