1 Lb Ground Beef
3 Strip Bacon
1 Extra large Egg
3 Cup Almond Flour
5 Tbsp, shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/3 Cup Half And Half Cream
2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Onion Powde
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350F.
While waiting for the oven to heat, place all of the above ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Step 2: Using your hands, mix the ingredients together completely.
Step 3: Roll meat mixture into small balls – about the size of a golf ball or slightly larger.
Step 4: Grab a cupcake/muffin tin and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the meatloaf “poppers” into a cupcake/muffin tin.
Step 5: Place the tin into your 350F oven and cook for 30 minutes.
Let the poppers sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
