Ingredients

1 Breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast
1/2 Tbsp Pepper
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tbsp Garlic
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Hummus

Directions

Heat oil and garlic in a pan over medium high heat until garlic is tender.

(about 2 Min)

Add chicken breast to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.

Add salt and pepper, to taste.

Serve with hummus for dipping.
