12 Oz Pork And Beef Chorizo
6 Egg Eggs
5 3/4 Oz Black Beans And Rice
6 Tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Tortillas
1 1/2 Cup, shredded Mexican Cheese
12 Tbsp Salsa
Cook chorizo over medium to high heat, stirring and breaking up meat often, until bubbling and completely separated, approximately 4-5 minutes.
Whisk together eggs in large in bowl and stir in chorizo.
Scramble egg/chorizo mixture over medium to high heat to desired consistency.
Meanwhile, prepare rice as per package directions.
Fill tortilla with desired amounts of chorizo/egg mixture, rice, cheese, and salsa.
Fold and enjoy.
