1 Head Lettuce
1 Tsp Olive Oil
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1/2 Wedge yields Lemon Juice
Cut romaine head in half lengthwise, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, place on medium grill for 3-4 minutes until slightly charred, grill lemon at the same time.
Squeeze grilled lemon juice on top and enjoy.
