6 Potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Potato
1 Tbsp Salt
4 Tbsp Butter
1/3 Cup Whole Milk
3 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 Tbsp chopped Chives
Wash and dice potatoes.
Add potatoes and a pinch of salt to boiling water for 15 minutes or until fork tender.
Heat the milk and butter.
Drain the potatoes.
Mash potatoes with all ingredients.
