2 Servings
1/2 Oz Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
2/3 Cup Lowfat Milk
1 Tbsp, ground Flaxseed
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp Cocoa
1 Dash Salt
2 Tbsp Honey
Whisk all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
Spoon into mason jars and cap to store.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours to setup.
