Ingredients

1 Large Egg
1 Cup, sliced Avocados
1 Oz Cheddar Cheese
1/3 Cup, chopped or diced Chicken Breast
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
2 Slice Whole-Wheat Bread

Directions

Whisk egg briefly in bowl and then pour onto flat sandwich press to cook.

Once it is starting to be cooked (not liquid) cover half of the flat egg with cheese slices.

Add slices of avocado on top of the cheese

Add slices of chicken on top of avocado and cheese

Lift other side of egg over on top of cheese avocado and chicken side.

Add one slice of bread, add ingredients on top of bread, add other slice of bread shut sandwich press softly and wait until it is cooked how you want it.

Take off sandwich press, finish with optional salt and peppe
