1/2 Cup, chopped Cabbage
1/4 Cup grated Carrots
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Clove Garlic
8 Wrapper, eggroll (7" square) Wonton Wrappers
1 Large Egg
Chop vegetables and marinate with sauce for 10 minutes.
Fill and roll 8 egg rolls.
Brush with egg wash.
Bake at 400F for 15 minutes.
