3 Strip Bacon

Directions

Slice bacon in half and weave together.

Cook weave in skillet low and slow, keeping it flat with a spatula.

Remove weave and let dry on paper towels.

Crack egg into bacon grease and cook to desired doneness.

Top with cheese.

Remove egg and cheese and place on bacon weave.
