1/4 Cup Oats
4 Oz 100% Lactose Free Whole Milk
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
1 Medium (3" dia) Apples
To make the oatmeal, add milk, oats, and cinnamon to a small pot.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer, and cook for 7-10 minutes, or until oats are tender and desired consistency is reached.
Stir in protein powder and chopped apple.
