2 Slice regular Multi-Grain Bread
1 0 Tsp Butter
1 1/2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Jams And Preserves
Optionally toast the bread.
Spread half a teaspoon of butter on each side of the bread.
(1/3 tablespoon butter = 1 teaspoon)
Cover one slice with peanut butter, the other slice with jam, put together and eat.
