1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp, ground Cumin
1 Tsp Paprika
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 1/2 Lb Tilapia
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
8 Tortilla Tortillas
2 Cup, shredded Cabbage
1 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
1 Fruit (2" dia) Limes
1/3 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro
Whisk together the spices.
Combine spices and rub into tilapia.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and spray with oil.
Add fish and cook until the bottom is opaque, about 5-6 minutes.
Flip and cook until fish flakes easily with a fork, another 3-4 minutes.
With a spatula, divide fish into strips or chunks.
Serve in tortillas with shredded cabbage, avocado, and a squeeze of lime juice.
Garnish with cilantro.
