1 Cup Quinoa
1 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
6 Tsp Stevia Sweetener
3 Tbsp Coconut Meat
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Prepare quinoa as per package directions.
Let cool.
Mash banana and add 1/2 cup of rolled oats.
Then add the cooked quinoa followed by the peanut butter.
Finally, stevia and shredded coconut.
Mix well
Spoon onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
