This is a simple stick-it-in-the-oven-and-wait type of dish. It goes well with boiled potatoes (you could make a little extra of the sauce to put on them). It also goes well with tartar sauce but that is up to you.
2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
1 teaspoon (1 g) dried dill
1 teaspoon (3 g) onion powder
1/2 teaspoon (1 g) black pepper
1 pound (455 g) salmon fillets
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C, or gas mark 6). Mix together oil, dill, onion powder, and pepper.
2. Place salmon in a 9 x 13-inch (23 x 33-cm) baking dish that has been coated with nonstick vegetable oil spray.
3. Brush all of the olive oil mixture on the fish. Bake for 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
