Marinated in a southwestern-flavored sauce, these tuna steaks go well with Spanish rice and corn.
2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
2 teaspoons (5 g) cumin
2 tablespoons (30 ml) lime juice
2 teaspoons (2.6 g) cilantro
1 pound (455 g) tuna steaks
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish; add fish and turn to coat.
2. Marinate for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
3. Heat the grill. Remove the tuna from the marinade and grill the tuna over high heat for 2 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
