1 1/3 Oz Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup chopped Carrots
1/2 Cup, pared, chopped Cucumber
1/4 Tsp Celery Seed
1 Dash Pepper
1 Dash Salt
Peel and chop cucumber.
Chop carrots.
Mix veggies into yogurt with celery seed and a dash of salt & pepper.
