16 Oz Tortilla Chips
3 Tbsp chopped Scallions
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp, whole Cumin
2 Pepper Serrano Pepper
1/2 Cup, chopped Red Peppers
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
PREPARATION: Finely chop red peppers, chiles, and scallions.
Toast and finely grind cumin seeds.
Stir together all ingredients (except chips) and chill, covered, at least 2 hours for flavors to develop.
Bring to room temperature before serving.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Spread tortilla chips in a large shallow baking pan and bake in middle of oven until warm, about 5 minutes.
Serve chips with dip.
