2 2/3 Oz Organic Red Lentil Rotini
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Large Zucchini
1 Cup sliced Mushrooms
1 Onion Onions
1 Clove Garlic
0 Tsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp, ground Oregano
1 Tsp, ground Basil
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Pasta Sauce
Prepare pasta as per package directions; drain and set aside.
Chop veggies.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add veggies and cook until tender.
Add spices and sauce.
Heat to a boil.
Add pasta to the sauce and veggie mixture.
Toss well to coat.
