Ingredients

2 Cup Ckik'N Tenders
2 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
1/4 Cup chopped Onions
2 Cup Fresh Cilantro
2 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise

Directions

Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium heat.

Add quorn ckik'n tenders and sauté for about 14 minutes; set aside.

Dice the avocados, and toss with 1 tbsp of the lime juice.

Slice the 1/4 cup green onion.

Finely chop the 1/2 cup cilantro.

Mix 2 tbsp mayonnaise and remaining 1 tbsp lime juice to make the dressing.

Put the 2 cups of quorn ckik'n tenders pieces in a mixing bowl, add the sliced green onions and dressing.

Mix well.

Add the avocado, mix and combine.

Add the chopped cilantro and mix again until it's just barely combined.

Serve right away or chill.

Note: This could be served inside pita bread or sandwich bread.
