2 Cup chopped Broccoli
1 Large (7-1/4" to 8-/1/2" long) Carrots
1/2 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Sriracha Sauce
Chop vegetables into slices.
Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until golden.
Add carrots and broccoli.
Stir until golden.
Add soy and sriracha.
Turn off heat and cover.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with rice, if desired.
