Ingredients

3/4 Cup Oatmeal
1/4 Cup Oat Bran
1 Tbsp Wheat Flour
6 Large Egg White
1/2 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Stevia Sweetener
1 Tbsp Canola Oil
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup, unthawed Blueberries, Frozen

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a muffin pan with nonstick spray or muffin cups.

In a blender, mix all the ingredients (except for the blueberries).

Blend until the mix gets thick.

Add the blueberries and stir (with a spoon or a spatula).

Pour the mix into the prepared muffin pan and bake until set (about 30 minutes) and a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool slightly and enjoy!
