Ingredients

1 Tsp Olive Oil
1 Lb Ground Turkey
2 Cup hearts Artichokes
1 Cup, chopped Onions
2 Tbsp, chopped Basil
1 Tsp Parsley
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place skillet over medium heat, add oil, then add diced onions, and artichoke hearts.

Move artichoke hearts and onions around in the pan and cook until onions are translucent.

Remove from heat and let cool.

Once they are cooled, in a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, artichoke hearts and onions, and the rest of the ingredients.

Mix well.

Make 18 same sized meatballs.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F).
