Ingredients

9 Oz Tuna
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
2 Medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions
1 Oz Black Eyed Peas
1 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
1/2 Fruit without refuse Mangos
1 Medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Lime yields Lime Juice
5 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro

Directions

Season the tuna generously with salt and pepper.

Melt the oil in a frying pan or griddle pan over high heat.

Gently lay the tuna in the pan and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, or until it’s done to your liking.

Be careful not to overcook it, as tuna is lean and dries out easily.

Transfer the tuna to a plate and leave to rest while you prepare the salsa.

To make the salsa, simply mix together all the remaining ingredients and taste for seasoning.

Spoon the salsa over the tuna steak.

Enjoy!
