Ingredients

1/2 Can Tuna
1 Tbsp Mustard
1 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
2 Tsp Pickle Relish
1 Slice, large (6" x 2-1/2" x 1-3/4") Sourdough Bread
1 Oz Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Drain tuna and mix together with mayo, mustard, and relish.

Spread onto bread and grate cheese onto tuna.

Toast in toaster oven until cheese is melted and bread is browned.
