Ingredients

1 Cup Spinach
1 Cup, chopped (1/2" pieces, loosely packe Lettuce
2 Medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions
2 Medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes
6 Medium (3/4" to 1" dia) Radishes
4 Sprig Parsley
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

Chop all ivegetables and herbs.

Toss all ingredients together well in a bowl.

Season with additional salt if desired.

Mix once more.
