14 Oz Tofu
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp, leaves Basil
1 1/2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
4 Stalks, large (11 inches long) Celery
Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Stuff inside of celery sticks and enjoy!
