2 Medium Egg
3/4 Tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Suga

Directions

Mix all ingredients, heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat and pour a thin layer of the egg mixture.

Wait until the layer has set, then roll it to one side of the pan.

Pour another thin layer and roll it to the other side of the pan when it has set.

Repeat until you've used up all of the mixture.
