1 Cup Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Salt
8 0 Oz Ground Beef
2 Tbsp Dry Taco Seasoning Mix
1 Unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook chic Chicken Breast
1/2 Cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 Extra large Egg
3 Large Egg White
1/4 Cup, chopped Onions
1 Cup Salsa
2 1/2 Grams Quark


Combine quark, flour, oatmeal, olive oil and salt.

Combine into a dough and knead briefly.

Roll out and place in a pie pan.

Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour into the prepared crust.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes.

Cut into 8 slices.
