1 1/2 Cup Pasta
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup, chopped Onions
1/2 Cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
2 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 Cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes
1 Small Zucchini
1/2 Cup Pasta Sauce
1/2 Cup Water
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Salt
Prepare pasta as per package directions.
Add oil to a heated fry pan and add chopped onions, cook untill translucent.
Add chopped mushroom and garlic, cook for 2 minutes or until mushrooms begin to become tender.
Slice sundried tomatoes and zucchini, add to pan, cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in pasta sauce and water and allow to simmer.
Season with salt and pepper; drizzle over lemon juice.
Serve and enjoy hot.
