2 Large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes
1 Medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2 dia.) Red Bell Pepperr
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
Course chop pepper and tomatoes.
Place pepper and tomatoes in a bowl.
Pour in olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Season with salt and pepper.
Toss gently to coat.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
