Ingredients

1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast
1 1/2 Cup, whole Strawberries
2 Cup Spinach
1/2 Cup Blueberries
4 Tbsp Vinaigrette Raspberry
1/4 Cup Croutons

Directions

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Once hot add chicken to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink.

Let rest 5 minutes before chopping into bite sized pieces.

Wash and cut strawberries in half.

Cut spinach into bite sizes.

Toss all the ingredients together until mixed well and dressing has evenly coated the ingredients.
