1 Cup, chopped or diced Broccoli
1/2 Cup chopped, (1/2" pieces) Cauliflower
1 Medium Carrots
1/4 Cup, chopped Onions
Bring a pot of water with a steam tray over top to a boil.
Chop all vegetables.
Add to the steam tray, cover, and steam for 4-6 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
