1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp Maple Syrups
8 Tsp Sriracha Sauce
2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
2 Cloves, minced Garlic
8 Oz Egg Noodles
1 Large (7-1/4" to 8-/1/2" long) Carrots
6 Medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions
1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
Combine all ingredients (excluding noodles, carrots, scallion, and sesame seeds) in a bowl and whisk together well.
Prepare egg noodles according to package directions; drain.
Toss egg noodles with grated carrot, green onions, and the sauce.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
