1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Cup, quartered or chopped Apples
1 Oz Almonds
2 2/3 Cup Spinach
1/3 Cup (not packed) Raisins
Whisk together salt, lemon juice and oil.
Chop apple and almonds.
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl until spinach is well coated.
