Ingredients

2 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Cloves, minced Garlic
8 Grams Chicken Breast
2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
2 Fruit without seeds Lemons
4 Cup leaves, whole Basil

Directions

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat until shimmering.

Add garlic cloves and cook for about 2 minutes, until fragrant.

Remove from the heat, add red pepper flakes, and set aside.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them in a large baking dish (or cast-iron skillet).

Add garlic-infused oil and turn the chicken to coat.

Cover with lemon slices.

Set the oven to broil and place a rack in the upper third of the oven.
