32 Oz Ground Turkey
2 2/3 Cup Pasta Sauce
1 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 Oz Sour Cream
12 Oz Whole Wheat Pasta
1/2 Cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook ground turkey in a skillet until browned through and no longer pink.
Set aside.
Prepare pasta as per package directionsl drain and return to pot.
Combine cooked meat, pasta, chopped onion, marinara, and sour cream in the pot.
Mix well.
Grease a casserole pan.
Pour pasta mixture into the pan.
Cover with cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for about 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake a further 5 minutes or until cheese begins to brown.
