4 Large Egg
4 Slice Whole-Wheat Bread
1 Dash Pepper
1 Dash Salt
Place eggs in a medium saucepan.
Cover with cold water.
Bring to the boil over high heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to medium.
Simmer for 3 minutes.
Remove pan from heat.
Using a slotted spoon, transfer eggs to egg cups.
Using a spoon, carefully remove tops from eggs.
Toast bread and cut into fingers.
1 slice into about 4 fingers.
Serve with toast fingers.
